Gisenyi, Rwanda � The early morning darkness in Rwanda's capital is broken only by the rhythmic squeak of basketball shoes on polished hardwood. In a dimly lit gymnasium, Ganza Serge is already at work. It's 5:47 AM, and while the city sleeps, the 14-year-old guard is building his future one dribble at a time.

Born into a family of academics, Serge discovered basketball relatively late at age 12. While most elite prospects have been groomed since childhood, Serge's journey began with raw passion and an insatiable appetite for improvement. What he lacked in early training, he compensated for with basketball intelligence that coaches describe as "preternatural."

His game is a study in controlled aggression. Standing at 1.75m (5'9"), Serge plays with a verticality that defies his measurements. His 32-inch vertical leap, currently being developed to 36+ inches through rigorous plyometric training, allows him to finish above the rim against taller defenders.

But it's his mind that truly separates him. Serge doesn't just play basketball�he thinks it. He studies film with the analytical precision of a coach, breaking down defensive schemes and offensive sets. "He understands spacing and timing at a professional level already," notes Marshall of Marshall Skills Training, Serge's primary basketball development coach.

Under Marshall's tutelage, Serge has transformed from a raw talent into a polished floor general. The Marshall Skills Training methodology focuses on skill translatability�every drill, every movement, every repetition designed to directly impact game performance.
